Hi, I'm Lilian and I'm an architect and urban planner graduated from the Federal University of Santa Catarina. I worked for a few years in architecture offices and later I decided to continue my career as a freelancer. I carried out several small and medium-sized residential and commercial renovation projects.
I have experience in projects (Autocad + Revit) and 3D rendering (Sketchup + Vray + Lumion) and in execution of projects as well. I'm proactive, agile, perfectionist and and easy going. I find it easy to work in teams and under pressure.

As a junior architect I worked with developing technical drawings (floor plan, cuts, facades, etc.) for the office projects, where most of them were large buildings. I also assisted in the development of 3D projects using Sketch Up and developed descriptive memorials, made changes to the projects according to customer requirements.
Decore Store, Florianópolis, BR, Intern
As a junior architect, I developed projects and 3D renderings for this store in order to assist in the sale of products supplied by it (such as wall cladding and bathroom metals). The development of the projects was based on pre-existing projects that needed to be reformed or something new that wasn't finished yet and the client needs to see the final result before buyng the product. I developed these proposals with little time and the result needed to be exquisite. A great challenge and a great learning as well.

The Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) is a public university located in the south of Brazil. It is one of the best colleges in the country and with a high level of competition for vacancies. The architecture faculty, specifically, is focused on urban and architectural projects with social objectives and aims to repay the State's investment to society. The classes are highly demanding and lead the student to understand architecture in an academic and reality-oriented way. Certainly, studying at this college made me able to work in the field of architecture and urbanism with ease and a critical and social sense.
