This project has a bold presence in a natural site. oriented to the sea view,
it provides full transperancy on the ground floor to have 360 angle of 
discovering the site where the office is situated. and a cantiliver balcony
with the illusion of complete freedom in the relation with the space.

on the first floor, we have a guest bedroom with a view and the slanted
curtain wall gives a unique experience.

steel and fare-faced concrete are mainly used in the construction, 
whereas steel was chosen to minimize the structural elements sections 
given the small surface of the project.
and farefaced concrete in its natural features blends well with natural 
elements.
