Jonathan Levi Architects www.leviarc.com is headed by Yale College and YSOA alumnus Jonathan Levi FAIA. In addition to his nationally and internationally recognized creative work, Mr. Levi served as Adj. Full Professor of Architecture at the Harvard GSD from 1985-2013. Today the firm, JLA, is focused on the production of public schools - with two new Massachusetts public school projects currently in design or construction, and three Rhode Island public school projects. The firm prides itself on attention to every scale of design and detail as well as the direct social and community relevance of its architectural innovations. Its Dearborn Middle-High School for the City of Boston, located in the heart of Boston’s aspiring Roxbury community, is among the first purpose-built STEM schools in the nation. Because of the location of its projects, largely within a 60-mile radius of its Back Bay studios, and the dedication of the firm to design innovation in every phase of architectural action, interns at JLA will experience the entire spectrum of experiences needed to be empowered as fully capable architectural professionals.
