For the Dunleer Residence, the clients had recently purchased a home, which had an outdated kitchen and a dysfunctional floor plan. We gutted the interior to allow for a completely reworked floor plan, which allowed for all of the same function as before, but with the addition of a powder room. The interior was in a Spanish style in keeping with the history and existing style of the house.
