LePatner Project Solutions is a project management and owner’s rep consulting firm advising real estate owners and investors on complex building development projects in New York City and the nearby region. LPS evolved from LePatner & Associates, a construction law firm founded in 1980 and renowned for its industry expertise and business-focused strategic advisory services.
We work on one-of-a-kind projects for clients ranging from real estate owners and developers to corporate, institutional, and non-profit organizations. In our role as project manager and owners' rep, we have managed over $100 million in uniquely designed projects such as the Core Club in midtown, Tiffany’s in SoHo, the NYJTL Cary Leeds Tennis Center in the Bronx, and the national award-winning American Physical Society Editorial Offices on Long Island. Current projects include the re-creation of the iconic Four Seasons Restaurant and the landmarked Loeb Boathouse in Central Park.
As construction counsel and advisor, LePatner has overseen and contributed to more than $1 billion in projects during its 35+ years in business. Clients come to LePatner with unique projects and thorny problems for us to solve. LePatner has remained intentionally small, taking on only a handful of projects at any one time in order to dedicate ourselves to client service and excellence in everything we do. Our projects require a high level of focus and detail, and we have developed best practices that enable us to function at a far higher and more efficient level than firms many times larger than us.
Based on their combined 60+ years of project experience, principals Barry LePatner and Brad Cronk, AIA co-founded Arazoo in 2013 to begin bringing much-needed efficiency and transparency to the way building products and materials are researched, specified, and purchased in our industry.
