Marion is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree with a minor in music performance - bassoon. After graduating, Marion worked abroad in Helsinki, Finland before moving to New Haven, Connecticut. Marion moved to New Orleans, Louisiana in May of 2017, working as an architectural designer. Marion is currently an MFA candidate at the University of New Orleans in Film Production.

Marion received 2nd place for the Hnedak Bobo Global design award after returning from her summer abroad in Helsinki, Finland. The award recognizes outstanding design skills represented in studio projects from abroad semesters. Marion was one of two recipients for the second place award, with a third prize given to the first place recipient.
