Gap Inc., New York, NY, US, Color Analyst
• Maintained and organized color library to ensure quick and accurate access to current and past color standards (+4,000), lab dips, bulk and design materials, which improved department performance and efficiency
• Managed Color Insight (color asset management database) for CAD Team: added, optimized, edited and approved digital color standards for prints; capable of approving +40 colors within a work day, administered printer nozzle checks
• Assisted with seasonal color elections (250-400 colors) and naming of new seasonal colors (+20 colors), ensured that all seasonal colors were available in systems: Global Assortment, PLM, Color IQC, Color Insight
• Researched color trends and performed spectrophotometric readings of trend color searches
• Evaluated lab dips under the light box, performed spectrophotometer readings for numerical color differences and recorded readings, aided Designers and Product Development with color comments

• Supported Gap Body Design & Kids/Baby Production Teams, by organizing samples daily and updating PLM by requesting fabric from our global partners

• Assisted Project Managers and developed intricate and accurate project matrices in Microsoft Excel (take-offs) and all-item specification lists (+50 items including interior finishes, furniture, and fixtures: apartments & hotels)
• Communicated with CEO on a daily basis to discuss projects and to receive quotation mark-ups & regularly communicated with our China office to advise project specifications
