I am an avid traveler, skier, dog-lover, and cheese enthusiast from the Midwest. When I’m not designing, I’m behind a camera capturing my life’s extraordinary moments and freezing them as memories. Having graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor in Environmental Design, the environment has become a central focus in the way I live.
I am inspired by a force or piece of nature that is abstracted and applied in nuanced ways through form, program, or material and texture. I aspire to continue to be influenced through various landscapes throughout my future. The result not only establishes a stronger design aesthetic or capability, but also binds me closer to my goals of learning to work with and for the environment rather than simply creating beautiful designs.
RIOS, Los Angeles, CA, US, Architecture Intern
- Worked as a summer intern for multi-disciplinary firm specializing in municipal,
corporate, retail, hospitality, institutional, and residential projects.
- Architectural duties included 3D renderings, red-line updates, and creating
document sets for buildings ranging from 18,000 sq. ft. to 300,000 sq. ft.
- Landscape and Urban Design duties included 3D renderings, construction
sets, design charrettes, pin-up critiques, client meetings, and site visits for projects located in Los Angeles.
- Solely responsible for creating a schematic design package that was used
to land a 18,000 sq. ft. project located in Dallas, TX.
- Worked closely with managing principals from schematic design phases all
the way through construction administration RFIs and submittals.
- Successfully worked in a WFH/office hybrid environment.

- Worked as an architectural intern for a boutique architecture firm that
specializes in luxury residential homes in the Denver metro area.
- Duties included creating renderings, drafting floor plans and sections,
compiling sheet sets, updating red-lined projects, and minor furniture design.
- Assisted in creating document sets for schematic design and construction
packages.
