About

I write about art, architecture and design for print publications with bylines in Dwell, Metropolis, Atomic Ranch and more. I am the Editorial Chair of Pacific Northwest design platform ARCADE, a Seattle-based non-profit founded in 1981, and I contribute regularly to Seattle-based design magazine GRAY. Outside of my editorial work, I enjoy helping artists and design professionals articulate their identity across platforms, a role I held for several years at internationally renowned design firm Olson Kundig. My critical arts and architecture writing has appeared in books, magazines, journals and various digital outlets. I have an MA in Art & Architectural History, and I have presented my original research at national and international conferences.
