This proposal strutural commitment is being reversible meanwhile the building had being testing as a nessesary one.
That's why there are three structural construction steps, so the first one is a low load resistance scafolding, the second one is a hight load resistance scafolding and the third one is concrete the second level in order to remain the structure as a neccesary one.
