Local Pathfinders Award - Internal Client Service, Award

In 1990, per employee requests, HDR initiated the Pathfinder Awards Program to recognize HDR employees whose dedication to quality, innovation and productivity goes far beyond the norm. A Pathfinder is defined as “one who finds the way”. Nominations are generated by employees and recipients are determined by a Committee that consists of HDR employees.

Internal Client Service Award - Through work with co-workers or superiors, an employee who has their internal clients’ best interests in mind. Developing trust and building rapport with the client through excellent communications and work products provided on time and within budget that lead to repeat assignments.
