This triplex penthouse in an Emory Roth building on the upper east side required a gut renovation. A new spiral stair connecting the 3 three levels along with extensive millwork of burled sycamore create a unified contemporary aesthetic. All floors have roof terraces which required a new accessible waterproof membrane with granite pavers. New plumbing, multi zoned mechanical and an electrical system with a new power riser from the cellar were installed. A state of the art audio visual system was integrated throughout, including a complete home theater.
