Worked on a multitude of healthcare and higher education projects in all phases of design from initial proposals to construction administration. Served as the primary draftsperson for several CD sets, ranging from 1,000 sq. ft renovations up to 70,000 sq. ft. Project managed small scale jobs through completion. Lead the office in doing in-house renderings through Revit and Enscape. Served as a mentor for new post-graduate employees. Was involved with the firm's DEI team and assisted with talks and presentations. Lead several office social initiatives, organizing monthly happy hours and milestone celebrations.

Worked on multiple healthcare and mixed-use projects in NYC/NJ. Contributed to all phases of multiple projects from schematic design to construction administration. Surveyed spaces throughout all of NYC. Coordinated work with consultants and engineers. Created and presented finish and furniture presentations to clients. Organized and set up the office’s architectural CAD standards for 2022. Edited specification books. Consistently asked questions and communicated any issues within the design team.

Gained experience through working in the construction document phase. Consulted with the office partners to make sure each project is following their respective zoning code. Wrote up initial project proposals and estimates to clients. Created several preliminary design iterations for potential storefront designs. Delivered several drawing sets to building departments and clients. Managed the office’s social media accounts and boosted the firms overall online presence.
