Worked on a multitude of healthcare and higher education projects in all phases of design from initial proposals to construction administration. Served as the primary draftsperson for several CD sets, ranging from 1,000 sq. ft renovations up to 70,000 sq. ft. Project managed small scale jobs through completion. Lead the office in doing in-house renderings through Revit and Enscape. Served as a mentor for new post-graduate employees. Was involved with the firm's DEI team and assisted with talks and presentations. Lead several office social initiatives, organizing monthly happy hours and milestone celebrations.
