Located on the banks of the Neva River in St Petersburg, our design for the Gazprom Neft Campus is a modern, health-focused interpretation of the historical buildings and palaces found around the city.
The design comprises two interlocking building structures with large daylight flooded atria that are connected through a large, publicly accessible central passage. This space provides a clear view to the beautiful Baroque-style Smolny Cathedral, while connecting the public to both the outdoor areas facing the river and the interior of the building. The interior offers a public museum and event spaces, such as the multifunctional auditorium and atria.
The central passage also acts as the main distributor of the employees, guiding them towards two large atria from which they can access their fixed or flexible (co-)working spaces and recreational facilities.
