This project is a commercial complex with 3 high rise buildings (2 office towers and one residential), located in Prince Bay, Shenzhen, China. My participation is SD of the whole program, mainly focused on the commercial podium, fixing the design based on city zoning and requirements from the client and consultant, including cantilever and other structure-related problem, the traffic, space efficiency, retail route organization and underground parking number, etc.
