KSD was the Executive Architect for this project, which was previously occupied as a YMCA dormitory. Originally proposed to become a branded hotel chain, the 8-story building was ultimately designed and transformed into a boutique hotel with a trendy urban vibe to better suit the neighborhood’s character. Along with 97 guest rooms, the building housed an indoor pool, gym, lounge and various other accessory spaces.
