Krit Kritin Sincharoenkul is an Architect & Project Design and Development Manager with a professional experience in architectural and Project Design Execution for almost 11 years.
He has a multidisciplinary approach to design and construction, working on large-scale public space, commercial, and mixed-use projects with various International hotel brands, such as Marriott, IHG, Movenpick and Club Med starting from the resort of 100 villas to 412 keys of the hotel tower.
He leads the recurring business project development team, managing the project and design aspects with JV partners and hotel brands from the early stage of preliminary design to the period of construction. He is also motivated by creating innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance the most economical standard and the business performance.
Krit had a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Assumption University and has been a licensed architect of ASA (Association of Siamese Architect) and ACT (Architect Council of Thailand) since 2015.
