Dr. Liu, an IT company manager, who was looking for an optimal living space for his retirement. There he
found a perfect spot in Fort Lee having a tranquil view to the Hudson River and NYC. The project is to renovate the apartment from an old rugged abide into a modern simple home. Through communicating and understanding client’s need, the design was constructed to meet his satisfaction. An open kitchen was built to invite and interact with family and friends. A study area was created to admire the sight.
