Located in Tirana, the capital city of Albania, the 12 887 meter square, Magnet Residence is a unique project designed by Daniel Libeskind, the Polish-American architect, author of The Holocaust Museum in Berlin, Milan Fair, and also the Ground Zero Master Plan through World Trade Center One.

By contributing with sustainable architecture, with attractive vistas and with well-defined piazzas, Magnet introduces a new kind of liveliness that this beautiful Mediterranean City really deserves.

The project provides playgrounds, tennis and football courts and also bicycle roads. Everybody is invited to use vehicles only in the underground area or around the residential complex.

We aim to create a space that reveals the worldly cohabitation of the light, the sky, the earth and the prospective. Everybody would choose to enjoy the living in Magnet and the feeling of liberty, space and green areas.
