Developed a strategic, research-based play-book for adaptive workplace growth across the company’s global portfolio. Conducted benchmark studies - including interviews, office tours, focus groups, and desk research - to assess peer organizations’ workplace growth strategies. Contributed to ongoing workplace strategy and design initiatives and projects. Participated with architecture, furniture, technology, and design firms in collaborative design efforts. Utilized Adobe’s software suite and future technologies to develop architectural schemes, graphic designs, ux prototypes, and models in virtual and augmented reality.

Designed several iterative physical models and digital Revit models, renderings, orthographic drawings, and construction drawings for various projects. Produced documents for presentations, attended client meetings, and updated the design and content of the office website. The majority of the work utilized research and subject matter interviews to design complex healing environments with the perspectives of those afflicted at the center of the propositions.
