With more tha 50 years of continuous presence in architecture, the firm "K. Kyriakides and Partners" consists of a rigid core and alternating teams of architects with experience in research, design and supervision of complex high-tech buildings. The activity of the  office, includes: office buildings and banks, hotels, and even commercial, cultural and educational groups. However Main specialization office result of years of accumulated experience, are ​nursing buildings.

The agency "K. Kyriakides and Partners" has been housed since 1984 in a specially proprietary designed building Halandri, where partners have at possession of all the modern design tools. A large architectural firm with about 35 potential partners (architects, designers and administrative), especially in hospital buildings.​

Feature of the work of the office is specialized in hospital buildings, works hard and complicated but extremely challenging and interesting, because they serve a large number of people especially in difficult moments of their lives. It is constantly evolving organisms that grow unforeseen future requirements, both operational and technological level.

The office dealt with specific studies departments of hospital buildings, including radiodiagnostic, radiotherapy, nuclear laboratories, operating rooms, in collaboration with scientists from each of their respective disciplines. Also took part in many architectural competitions, especially nursing buildings, acquiring a large number of discrimination.
