Manage project from design development through project completion. Responsible for creating construction drawings for permit and bid. Responsible for vetting contractor bids and submitting to the client for selection. Track project progress and coordinate progress payments throughout project. Punch list walk-through with client and ensure all items are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
