Kiskaddon + architects, plc was founded in the fall of 2002.   KAPLC brings a hungry design energy to every project large or small.  Primary project markets include single family residences, multi-family, and small-scale commercial.  Experience also includes master planning, hospitality, academic, and outdoor recreation facilities.   

We work closely with each client from early planning, and concepts, to developing construction documents, and finally construction observation.  The client is involved with an experienced, knowledgeable architect throughout their entire project.  Every project starts with a design review checklist backed by twenty-five years of architectural knowledge including environmental site design, and green design technologies.
