The proposal design is an ensemble of four main elements:

The Ring makes a perpetual and interwoven connection on the terrace level which empowers the commercial units located in the first floor. The green spaces and the seating accommodations help the users to engage more with the whole complex by providing them a relaxed and amusing atmosphere.

The Glass Facade with simple and minimalist frameworks provide transparency ditto more engagement between the users, as well as more sunlight and a good ventilation opportunity.

On the Roof Garden a rather wild green space injects a different geographical quality and ambience to the site and causes a high-contrast to the gray and monotonous environment. Sitting accommodations and wider open spaces accommodate the possibility to organize and hold different events or simply a live and safe public urban area with magnificent view to the surroundings.

A High-tech Mantel of rope systems covers the terraces with a light white bubble that filters the depressed and gray streets for the users. This poetic cloud could also be used as a main structure for many facilities like solar panels or other electronic installations, as well as climbing plants and facade greening.

The main Entrance Building with an organic form breaks the linearity and monotonous architecture and urban design of the site. The rotation of the facade to the sky provides an opening for the main entrance to the historical park of «Vila Orsi», respecting the importance of this historical site, while providing more natural sunlight for the building. A green and live pathway connects the roof gardens to the street level, by which the users can experience the lost nature through wildness of the trees and organic shape of terrains.  All three levels of the building are accessible via stairways in South, as well as main entrance in North and inside the building. While the ground level of the building serves public uses like cafe/bar, conference hall and event spaces for everybody, the second and third floor provide a more private administrative and educational space for their users.

The urban junctions in the surroundings follow the same light structure of the roof gardens, providing modular sitting possibilities for the users and an open view to see the hanging gardens. The idea is to have minimal corridors that focus on the green building in the middle with essential color modifications on the ground and facades of the surrounded buildings.
