The project began with a well-worn brownstone in much need of renovation.

The new design provides two separated units, each with ample living space and private rear yards. Along with creating gorgeous interior spaces, much work was put into uplifting the exteriors. The project had to go through the NYC Landmarks Preservation Commission to upgrade all the windows, restore the original metalwork, front door and brick mouldings and add condensers and a rear deck.
