The client wants to build three guest condos detached from existed main building facing a magnificent pool view, a new elevated contemporary pool to maximize views and keep safety for the kids, and a new kitchen service area for the house keepers on the far end of the farm. In addition, renovating the existing building and design a standalone living area facing the pool and the green space surrounding.
