Worked as a Project Manager on 8 different projects, sometimes at the
same time, the work included all phases of the project from schematic
design to construction administration to project closeout. That includes
preparing CD sets, filing to the DOB, performing exterior surveys on
regular/ hanging scaffolds, performing interior surveys, preparing field
reports and punch lists, reviewing submittals and answering RFIs.
Projects were Housing and Public/Educational projects with NYCHA and
the SCA. NYCHA projects are Sotomayor Houses, Amsterdam Houses,
Ingersoll Houses, Whiteman Houses. The SCA projects are PS11

I was Responsible for conducting and managing all aspects of architectural and executive designs and supervising workers. Projects included a Villa in Obour City, Egypt where repaired design flaws that were rejected by Obour city council. Re designed the exterior architectural elevations according to the owner’s satisfaction. Supervised Implementation of the building including concrete molding and brick installation. A Residential Building in Mushtohor, Qalubia, Egypt designed according to the Egyptian code and standards.
