 Negotiate and manage third party professional consultants and contractors.
 Participate in the negotiation of leases, establish business terms and work with agency’s real estate counsel.
 Write Requests for Proposal for construction and maintenance-related consultants and contractors.
 Fully responsible for the evaluation, training support, training of the staff and operating budgets of the maintenance, transportation, food service, warehouse, mailroom, corporate relations/donation departments.
 Develop and manage operating facility budgets for sixteen agency facilities.
 Lead staff by example and exhibit a commitment to the agency’s core mission and values.
