Facing the issue of urban infill, this approach works to address daylighting, views and exterior relationships. With the site of the building being on the verge of a park and the dense urban fabric, the building works to optimize views to both conditions of the site. In order to ensure the privacy of the residences, the footprint of the building is setback, providing a necessary buffer zone around the building.
