Forty Years Architectural Experience.
Mr. Daly has over 40 years of professional experience in architecture.  In design, design development and construction documents. My experience has enabled me to be able to deal with all levels of the regulator agencies in an effective and an expedient manner. I am familiar with all codes applicable to education buildings as well as labs and science buildings as well as being able to trim the building when the project is in construction documents for compliance with the budget.

Management Training & Experience.
Registered Architect in the States of California, Arizona, New Mexico and Florida, first registered in 1972.  Fifteen years as senior Architect, ten years as Project Manager and five years as Project Architect.  Proficient in MS Word.  Knowledgeable in MS Excel.  Advanced AutoCAD Class with X-ref and multiport experience.
The achievement, I am most proud of is the Innovations in Housing Design Competition's Special Award of Merit received in 1978. The building design then is the forerunner of many of the sustainable design requirements today by LEED and other standards.
