The landscape architecture firm I worked at was hired to layout the masterplan of this new community development.  I worked closely with the landscape architect and local engineer to design and develop the construction documents for the Townsquare pavilion/mail kiosk as well as the entrance sign.  I created the 3D renderings for design approval and marketing purposes.
