Overview

Keith Hoelscher Architect is an award winning, full-service design firm located in Portland, Oregon.  My studio is dedicated to providing the highest level of quality in Architecture, Master Planning, Interior Design and Environmental Design.  With over 38 years of design experience, I have designed a wide variety of projects throughout the Western United States, including work ranging from commercial office, corporate headquarters, retail and mixed use projects, multi-family and single family residences.

Keith Hoelscher Architect provides design services for new and renovation projects including:  Programming, Interior Space Planning, Feasibility Studies, Master-Planning, Building Design and Construction Documentation, City Review and Approval Assistance, General Contractor Bidding and Negotiation, Construction Administration, Value Engineering, and Existing Condition / Facility Evaluation.  I also provide quality schematic design services for other architects and design professionals.

Keith Hoelscher Architect has been recognized in the architectural community with design awards and my design work has been published in national and international publications.

Keith Hoelscher Architect P.C. is an Oregon Corporation.  I am a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and am currently licensed in the states of Oregon, Washington and Colorado.  I hold a Bachelor of Environmental Design Degree and a Master of Architecture Degree from Texas A&M University.
