About

I'm passionate about my community and love to integrate my work as an Architect with this desire to create an equitable, meaningful environment. I work with several non-profits in my area that focus on arts and culture, and the development of the next generation of makers. I'm also an avid volunteer for my local Habitat for Humanity group.

As a licensing advisor for NCARB, I have also had the pleasure of mentoring many of our emerging professional in the office. I believe mentoring begins in High School, but it just as important throughout a designer's career.

I also love spending "unplugged" time with my family - hiking, camping, and exploring national parks. I believe having a balance is incredibly importance.

Employment

Down City Design, Providence, RI, US, Teaching Instructor

I work with 9th and 11th grade students at the Met School, teaching Intro to Architectural Drawings, AutoCAD, and Design/Build studios. The class is predominantly POC, and we have hands-on sessions where we teach the students to use a variety of tools and build projects that get installed within the community for local clients.
