About

I have recently graduated with a Masters in Architecture from the University of South Florida. During graduate school I held a strong GPA while also working part-time as a Design Intern and Sales Assistant at Florida Business Interiors and then as a Design Intern for the Florida Center for Community Design on a local city project. During this time I was taught important skills that helped me to succeed in both my school career and my internships.

The project that was the focus of my time, as a Design Intern at the Florida Center for Community Design, was a city funded project on the new development on I-275, as well at the redevelopment and redesign of the downtown urban core. I was not only able to enhance my design skills, but I was able to work side-by-side with residents of the Tampa area as well as local agencies, such as the Florida Department of Transportation, the MPO, and the Hillsborough Area Regional Transit. This required great leadership and organizational skills, design skills, group and team oriented skills, as well as personal and professional communication skills to succeed.
