About

I am licensed architect with 8 years of experience.   I have been involved in full-build construction projects, renovations, ADA upgrades and most currently have been focusing on Commercial Interiors.  I am very familiar with New York Building code and permitting process, as well as multiple versions of the IBC.  I have a lot of experience of permitting projects in other cities and/or states, so i am familiar with how to research building requirements no matter where the project is located.   I am currently the BIM manager of my office, and have experience teach two different firms how to use Revit and implement it into daily use.  I am also the QAQC coordinator at my office. I am responsible for making sure our standards are implemented on all work going out the door, teaching colleagues the correct standards, as well as making sure everything is Code compliant per DOB and ADA standards.

I am a hard working energetic person that loves a new challenge. I am dependable, I thrive under pressure and am always looking to take on more responsibility. I am a strong leader, with the ability to hear all sides of an argument, synthesize the important points, and drive the project/idea forward.
