This project was carried out as a graduation project in the university (MGSU). 

The aim of the project of the resort complex is a creation of local resort on the base of local resources and recreation potential of the district. 

The territory is a privet property and it was defined by owners – 

The Macao Surf Camp based in Macao beach.

Geographical location of the region has a favorable climate to surf and have a vacation there.

The complex combines all necessary functions to ensure that any sports teams, fans, and just campers will be provided with any needed services. 

The complex contains one type of hotel (5 hotels in total); central 

recreation zone with different functions and public spaces; three types of villas for rent and sail (21 in total).

Central complex is divided into 6 different sectors like a cut cacao beam. There is an adm. office, a supermarket, Fitness club and gym, nightclub, restaurant and versatile space which can be used for exhibitions and 

different events. Also, there is a skatepark. 

The landscape conception is to dissolve paved zones in a natural 

environment and make a big picture of the general plan. Paving plates are separated and allow grass to grow up between them. Original trees and bushes are used as a sound and visual barrier between zones and villas. Management of the territory allows the place to become wild and 

dissolved in nature through the time.
