The urban proposal is made up of a

linear park along the road, in order to

integrate the community of Picaleña.

In the CAE, the young people will have

a cycle of basic studies, but they will

finish their educational process with an

emphasis on micro-entrepreneurship,

since what they want to achieve in the

CAE is that the young people leave

delinquency behind, and through this

focus are projected to have their own

businesses and earn their own money.
