Current Project Manager and Designer at New World Design Builders, LLC. New World Design Builders is a boutique hospitality design build firm working on projects in California, New York, and Boston. I oversee and design projects ranging from residential to hospitality properties. Recent projects that have been completed are the Gansevoort Park Hotel Lounge, Catch LA restaurant , and Boston Pressed Juice Bar.

Project Designer Responsibilities:
- Generating conceptual design, schematic design, design development, & construction documentation
- Producing 3D models and Renderings
- Field surveying existing site conditions and existing furnishings inventory
- Conducting client meetings and producing written meeting documentation
- Drafting technical drawings including detailing of interior millwork and custom furniture
- Maintaining project binder with all related contacts, schedules, specs, drawings, etc.;
- Researching and selecting fixtures and finishes for use in projects
- Preparing furnishings proposals for client approval
- Providing Principal with project updates, design solutions, and client notes

Assistant Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Obtaining cost estimates for project budgeting
- Managing design budget for all assigned projects
- Managing project installations and preparing / managing project punch list
- Tracking project related tasks and strictly adhering to project deadlines
- Site supervision experience interacting with contractors / architects and vendor
