New York City based Architectural Designer. Working for years on architectural and interior design projects developed my creative skills, and also good work ethic, high level of responsibility, and outstanding time management skills. Involvement in the design process of superstructure condominiums, the biggest cruise ship terminal in Northern America, multiple schools projects, and many other types of buildings helped me to adapt for different work environments such as different scale teams, and also to complete deliverables independently, under minimum supervision.
Long academic experience in multiple forms of design built a great sense of composition, color balance and overall field knowledge comprehension. My post graduate academic experience included Teaching Assistance for Masters of architecture students for a subject of building information modeling. Participating as a jury member at a final presentation of NJIT students, and of multiple international design competitions.

- Prepared a complete set of architectural construction documentation for a 46-floor luxury condominium building in Saint-Petersburg, Florida for final submission to the client.
- Worked on an international team conducting the design-build project for the Miami Cruise Ship Terminal through multiple stages of design and construction up to submission to clients in Switzerland.
- Developed first design-build project in New York for NYC Department of Parks and Recreation - a utility building.

- Developed PS730 and PS19 schools construction authority (SCA) projects as a part of the team from early conceptual design to construction documents.
