Dear Hiring Representative, 

I am a recent graduate in Masters of Urban Design from University of Michigan, living in New York. So far, I have worked independently, as well as part of a team to oversee construction practice and principles through all the phases of projects, including planning, estimating and designing. My ability lies in communication between diverse agencies and conceptualisation and representation of data  and design to the client.

During the coursework in graduate school, the projects focused on urban interventions around public markets, innovation districts, ecological sites and enclaves -  incorporating a carefully measured intervention reactivating public realm around the civic institutions in neighbourhood. This experience provided a solid foundation to response at multiple scales, as well as incorporation of socio-cultural concerns and process-based dynamics of development in a site with multiple political and infrastructural constraints. Also, the diversity and experience from having architecture education and work experience in India will compliment and provide a new avenue of thought to look at a situation with multiple lenses. I am a keen observer. Apart from my work, I love to create dialogues via photography and urban sketches - about life and people.
