✌ Hello, I'm Yauheniya.
🎓 I hold a
Master's Degree in Architecture from the Higher Technical School of
Architecture (ETSAM) at the Technical University of Madrid (UPM), where I
was involved in an experimental group known as the Soriano Unit,
focusing on Post-carbonscapes strategies. My academic background also
includes a Bachelor's Degree from the School of Engineering and
Architecture (EINA) at the University of Zaragoza and another Bachelor's
Degree from the Belarusian National Technical University (BNTU). This
diverse education has honed my skills in concept design, video
elaboration, and parametric computational design.
📍 My
professional journey spans over 5 years, including roles at Design
Institute Minskproyekt in Minsk, Belarus, where I started as a Junior
Architect. I later contributed to the Magnet Minsk Project with Mace
Group and HKR Architects, and the Minsk World Project with Dana Holdings
and Emirates Blue Sky. Currently based in the Spanish Pyrenees, I work
on renovation projects, continuing my focus on sustainable and
energy-efficient design.
🏗 My expertise spans the entire project
lifecycle, from schematic design to construction administration. I
excel in contemporary design and 3D concept development and approach
challenging tasks with a positive attitude that benefits my teams.
Proficient in Rhinoceros 3D, Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Premiere,
Grasshopper, Photoshop, and InDesign, I am highly adaptable to new
environments and tasks.
💻 My ambition is to collaborate with multinational teams and shape innovative architecture as an architectural designer.

• Conducting thorough cost calculations using CYPE to provide accurate and reliable estimates for project budgets.
• Evaluating and improving energy efficiency in designs through the application of bioconstruction technology, utilizing CE3x certification, to reduce environmental impact and conserve energy, thereby reflecting a decrease in energy costs.
Dana Holdings, Emirates Blue Sky, Minsk, BY, Architect
Minsk World Project
• Conceived initial concepts for buildings design under the guidance of an experienced UAE architect for presentation to foreign investors.
• Designed 5 energy efficient modular sections of residential buildings, resulting in a 20% reduction of energy consumption.
• Communicated with contractors from India on a daily basis to complete the layout of a 340+ hectare project
• Successfully completed design of 3 quarters of the project within the scheduled timeframe.
• Expertise in utilizing ArchiCAD and Rhinoceros 3D to create 3D models and renderings of buildings.
• Demonstrated strong project management abilities by successfully completing assigned tasks on time and within budget.
Mace Group, HKR Architects, FLLC Belpars, Minsk, BY, Architect
Magnet Minsk Project (Mace Group, FLLC Belpars)
• Improved design documentation of a project for €230 million by adapting technical drawings made by the British architectural team HKR to existing standards.
• Worked on a construction site as part of a multinational team and directly communicated with contractors to ensure efficient construction.
• Completed a master plan that occupies over 20 hectares by introducing concepts of sustainable urban design.
• Collaborated with engineering consultants during the design phase of a project, which resulted in the preparation of detailed MEP design development drawings.
Design Institute Minskproyekt, Minsk, BY, Junior Architect
• As part of a team competing for the Supreme Court project, gave a presentation to the architectural council that included both schematic design and 3D visualizations.
• Elaborated a concept design of a project for the reconstruction of a historical heritage building, the Machine Tools Factory; analyzed the impact on the growth of interest in loft buildings.
• Designed a part of an urban plan for revitalizing an old industrial district in the historical center of the city, including residential, commercial, and retail spaces to create a mixed-use development by utilizing sustainable design principles to create a green and livable space for the community.
Karpenka V. Architecture Studio, Minsk, BY, Junior Architect
• Successfully created 250+ 3D objects for ArchiCAD and 3DsMax libraries, including specialized kitchen equipment, which were successfully used in the design and implementation of 2 restaurant chains.
• Recommended and implemented technical designs for restaurant equipment and interior arrangements that increased efficiency by up to 10% and resulted in cost and time savings for the company.
