The initial phase included developing brand design guidelines with stakeholders and Envoy for BRCC. The project scope included architecture, structural, and MEP engineering for new ground-up construction with drive thru. Completely new interior of building with a commercial kitchen, restrooms, retail area and eating areas with exterior patio. Included working with design build contractor on build out through construction.
