In this brick townhouse renovation in the Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn, we added a 3-story rear yard addition, creating a 2-story living room that features steel and glass windows, new kitchen, and a balcony overlooking the space. On floors above, the bedrooms and master suite were enlarged, and we added two additional terraces.
