I am an architectural designer based in Miami, FL - born and raised in Germany (U.S. Permanent Resident). I have a wide range of experience in the fields of architecture, design and real estate development.
During the last 5 years of my professional experience in architecture I have been able to work on diverse and challenging projects. My experience ranges from smaller scale boutique restaurants and high-end residential to larger scale affordable housing. Through these and other projects I am familiar with building materials and systems, construction administration on complex projects as well as design, permitting and code analysis and BIM-modeling and managing. I have taken responsibility to coordinate an international team of designers and consultants and manage their everyday tasks.
