Create brand driven spaces that engage the customer in unexpected ways. Design and manage the development of new stores, remodels, and special projects.

• Nurture, evolve, and be a passionate advocate for the Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters brands
• Develop conceptually innovative, financially viable and operationally sound retail spaces that enhance Brand equity
• Initiate, promote and sustain outstanding communication and collaboration within the design team, with shared services and with consultants and vendors
• Develop and maintain a positive, passionate and team oriented environment
• Develop and manage innovative, site-specific, Brand appropriate designs from initial concept through design development transfer. This includes storefront design, custom signage and exterior details, interior mill work and integration of found furniture/ architectural elements.
