The mixed-use project is designed to house the pop-up markets around the Beach Area into a permanent facility, which includes affordable residential micro-units, while offering public amenities such as a bar and cafe, the creation of an urban farm to feed the market vendors with locally produced goods, and a flexible space to educate the community about home growing food.
