Citark, a real estate project located in El Poblado, Medellín, is a residential complex that stands out for its privileged location and architectural design. This 33-story building, inspired by the Torres del Paine in Chile, shapes its structure from a solid base to slender peaks. The natural reference of the Torres del Paine is reflected in Citark’s aesthetic composition, where 22 residential floors combine with a lower level of commerce, revitalizing the area. In total, Citark houses 227 apartments. In summary, Citark exemplifies how architecture can blend functionality, beauty, and natural references, creating a livable space that harmoniously integrates into its urban environment
