I have been working in the City Hall for the past twelve years as a structural drafter. I am a graduate and also have done a drafting course from Liceo de Arte y Tecnología of Puerto Rico. My key role in my company is to prepare technical drawings and sometimes provide visual guidelines that assist the customers. Depending on the costumer's requirement and needs. I can explain them wit a rough sketchs and also give them te cost estimation. I am well aware of the computer aided designs and also have a good knowledge and experience to prepare technical drawings. My drawings specify dimensions and show technical details of the structures and products. I am flexible with work timings and can finish my work within the stipulated time period. I can also lead a team and supervise them with the work which I have done in my previous company.

Duties include the construction management and inspection of the modernization, and new projects, conduct meetings and administrative work. Checks plans, Transform AUTOCAD drawings into 3D drawings (If required) Prepare assembly and detail drawings on the basis of the information and instruction provided. Prepares As-built drawings in the prescribed computer sheet given by the Client/Consultant and assist in Project Close-Outs.
