About 

My passion is to use conceptual design to create meaningful solutions for clients.  I also love applying sustainable design principles to achieve environmentally friendly and functional interiors. I have a BFA in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design and am a 2nd Degree Master of the Sogetsu School of Ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arranging. I'm proficient in Autocad, Adobe Creative Cloud, SketchUp, Vray, hand drawing and making physical models. I speak English, Japanese (native) and Spanish.

Serve as a language resource for the executive director, an expert on the effects of architectural structures (such as glass curtain walls) and artificial lighting on animal populations. Edit subtitles for the Institute’s films shot in Japan.

Assisted in model making at this top Japanese architectural firm. Models were done by hand and were primarily of institutional buildings planned to replace those destroyed in the Tohoku earthquake and flood.
