Cape Cod House

The house was originally a 1600 square foot seasonal cottage, and it became a 2200 square foot year round house.

This project consisted of a total renovation and addition to an existing cottage.  The entire ground floor was reconfigured with a kitchen and laundry room addition, as well as the second floor and roof terrace.  The two fireplaces and masonry chimney mass were entirely new.  The project was assembled using a great deal of reclaimed architectural components.  Antique doors and windows were used.
